One section of the complex required a complete aluminium stair access system from ground level to the top floor.This allowed trades to safely move tools and materials without relying on ladders.

Some parts of the building had very limited working space — surrounded by gardens, brick walls and balconies.We installed narrow-profile aluminium towers that fit perfectly without disturbing surrounding areas.

  •  Roof sheeting inspections

  •  Brickwork rectification

Even in tight spots, every platform had guardrails, ladder access, and toe boards to maintain full compliance.

The top-level soffit and roof area needed repairs and replacement.We built multi-level platforms that lined up directly with the damaged sections, giving trades secure access to:

All platforms were tied into the building and fully braced for extra rigidity while working at height.
